Abstract

On February 02, 2012, BASSIVA Olivier gave to his hunters MBA ESSONO Christian and MBA NGOUA Bonaventure firearms, ammunitions, his vehicle and a mission order signed by him for a hunting expedition in an area under sustainable management. During the hunting expedition, the hunters killed one toucan, three antelopes, three mandrills and one duiker. On their way back and while they were still within the limits of the logging concession, they were caught by BIBANG Régis a water and forests agent. They resisted the arrest and called BASSIVA who came and assaulted BIBANG causing him a temporary work interruption of ten days following a medical certificate produced in the case file. BIBANG established an offence statement that he forwarded to the state prosecutor.
