Abstract
On February 15, 2015, DISSOUKILA MAGOUMA was going to the forest to cut down his palm trees came across a panther that he killed with his gun. The following day he came back to the place to skin the animal and remove several trophies including the skin and teeth. Few time later he went to Mouila to look for a potential buyer who convince him to go to a hotel to finalize the transaction. While there he was caught by water and forests and judicial police agents.
