Abstract
On June 23, 2015, MBENG EYI David Donald informed NDONG NSI Jean François of his desire to sell ivory tusks belonging to his later father in order to solve his financial problems. MBENG then gave the said products to NDONG. Arrested later on following a denunciation, NDONG declared to have received the tusks from MBENG. Those declarations were confirmed by MBENG who was later also arrested.
