Abstract
On April 06, 2018 at Minvoul, ETOME MENGARA Gilbert gave a rifle firearm and six bullets to one known as NZE NANG to kill elephants, while the latter has no permit to carry a firearm and was not covered by any insurance. Arrested and interrogated he admitted to have illegally possessed a firearm and to have given it to NZE NANG to kill elephants. He maintained his declarations in front of the State prosecutor.
