Abstract
In October 2019 at Mekambo in Ogooué-Ivindo, an information related to the selling of products from fully protected species by IBIZO LANDANI Alain led to a join mission between agents of counter-intelligence and military security unit (PCISM) and national agency of protected areas (ANPN). The strategy was to catch the target red handed. That’s why on November 19, 2019, IBIZO LANDANI Alain was caught red handed in possession of one panther skin and two teeth about to sell them to a potential buyer at XAF 60,000 (sixty thousand). During his interrogation, the suspect admitted to have possessed and transported the products but that they belonged to his uncle.
