Abstract
In May 2020, during a hunting expedition Ntsaba Mahette and Nzamba Hendje Ghislain killed an elephant and removed the tusks that they kept for several days. Arrested and interrogated by agents of the Directorate General of research, department of investigations of Ogooué-Ivindo, Ntsaba Mahette recognized to have possessed the tusks for 3 to 4 days in order to decorate his house and not for trade.
