Abstract

The accused persons on the 7th day of september, 2014 were arrested at Belabela Hill within SENAPA by park rangers who were on patrol at that area. The park rangers saw foot prints of human being leading into the bush; they surrounded the bush and managed to arrest the accused persons. They were found in possession four animal trapping wires, two knives, ten pieces of zebra meat, three pieces of dried topi meat and one piece of dried skin of topi. The accused were arrested and taken to Bunda KDU. The accused were found guilty on all counts and were convicted.
