The accused BELLO Marie was held in MEKOM (MINTOM) within an area prohibited from hunting. She was summoned before the Court of First Instance, Djoum to respond to charges of complicity in the illegal detention of a hunting gun inside an area prohibited from hunting; and complicity to illegal hunting. During interrogations, she acknowleged committing the offences as reproached and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, she was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
