Abstract

On the 16 August 2014, the accused BUBA AMINA INUSA was arrested flagrante delicto by forces of law and order in illegal possession of two (02) elephant ivories without a certificate of origin. The ivories were hidden in his vehicle. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offences as charged and pleaded guilty. The offence report was established, and the accused together with the seized wildlife products, were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
