Abstract

Elements of the conservation service arrested the accused EYELEKO NGUNI Cédrick for hunting without permit, unauthorized killing and capture of protected animal species, illegal killing of protected animal species and detention and circulation of their trophies. The accused pleaded guilty and acknowledged criminal responsibility. After drafting his offence report, he was forwarded before the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance Kribi for prosecution.
