Abstract

On the 7 November 2015, MVOGO MBARGA Laurent Rodrigue and two others persons went in MFEM forest for hunting. While there, MVOGO MBARGA, shut what was supposed to be an animal before realizing that it was a human being ( MEDJO NTI Jean). He was immediately rushed to the hospital and fortunately he was healed. On the 11 November, 2015, MEDJO NTI Jean went to the gendarme brigade to denounce MVOGO MBARGA. During his interrogation, MVOGO MBARGA, admitted all the facts. He revealed that it was NDONGO ANGO Gaston who gave him the gun and ammunitions. NDONGO ANGO Gaston was summoned and during the hearings he pleaded guilty and acknowledged giving a gun and ammunitions to NVOGO MBARGA for hunting. After the interrogations, together with the seized items (arm and ammunitions), they were all transmitted to the State Attorney for prosecution.
