Abstract
On the 02 February 2015, NDJONDJE NDEMBWE Augusrine & MAKOUTA MASSELA Martin were caught flagrante delicto in a hotel in Kribi with 31 Leatherback turtle shells in an attempt to traffic them. Upon their arrest, they were unable to present legal documents authorizing such activity. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
