Abstract
The State Attorney issued a summons, served by a bailiff to the accused, SOUA Martin to appear before the court to respond to charges of poaching. That on the 23 December 1996, the accused SOUA Martin Claude was arrested in Mintom by forces of law and order while carrying out a patrol in the area. He was arrested in possession of a gorilla, a totally protected animal specie. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
