The accused, TYA AYA Abel was summoned by the court to respond to charges of illegal detention of a hunting gun without authorization. That on the 23 October 2018, the accused violated a certain DIENEGOU Giresse stealing some valued properties. Following proper investigations, the accused was arrested in Mebane I in possession of a hunting gun without the legal document. It was discovered that the gun used in the commission of this act belongs to a notorious hunter called MENGUELE his counterpart. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney together with the seized items for prosecution.
