Abstract

On 26 September 1989, the accused ZANG ONDOUA Roger was summoned to appear before the Court to answer charges of illegal killing of protected animal species. That on the 15 June 1989 in the locality of Roungoulou, he killed protected animal species in an area prohibited from hunting. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Counsel for prosecution.
