Abstract
On the 24 March 2013, elements of the conservation service of the Campo’o Ma’an National park arrested the accused persons for trespassing, illegal hunting and circulation. After drafting their offence reports, they were forwarded together with the seized items as exhibits before the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance Kribi for prosecution.

ZENGUE Luc Parfait was found guilty for illegal hunting and circulation, while MBA MENYE Etienne and BANG NKO’O were found guilty for complicity. They were sentenced to pay 100.000 XAF each for fines, 30.750 XAF each for costs and 400.000XAF as civil damages to the state of Cameroon through the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife.
