During the fishing ban period, Guoyou Z. drove his Xiang E×××××Wuling Hongguang van at 20 o’clock on April 25, 2019, carrying Guofeng Z. with electric tools to Tongxi River, Longjin street, Yinjiang County, for fishig, and a total of 160 wild fish were caught. They were caught on the spot by the police Guoyou Z. and Guofeng Z.

On April 4, 2018, the defendant Cheng F. was carrying a suspected rhino horn and was going to take a flight from Mangshi to Kunming, where he was found at the security checkpoint of Mangshi Airport. After weighing, the net weight of the suspected rhino horn seized was 0.016 kg.
