On September 24, 2014, Mongo Fidel, a hunter in possession of a calibre 12 weapon, went together with Bouoko Mokanda, Mabosso Rufin, Babole Amezin, and Lobianambi Justin to the forest for a small hunting expedition. During this expedition they killed one buffalo and one black antelope inside the Nouabale Ndoki national park.

In October 2014, following the discovery of the carcass of an elephant at Ignoli village in the area of Odzala Koukoua National Park, an investigation mission was carried out by the ecoguards during which Eboua Jean was caught red handed in possession of a weapon of war and ammunition that he buried at the place where the elephant had been shot.

In June 2019, Epouka Claude Alain was caught red handed in possession of ivory tusks belonging to his sister named MBOYO Roseline. His sister had given him the tusks at Mahounda village to bring them to Ouesso.

On the 8 September 1994, the accused Nnanga Amougou Marie was arrested in Djoum by forces of law and order while carrying out a patrol in the area. She was arrested in illegal possession of 39 legs of freshly smoked bushmeat without any certificate of origin authorizing the said act.

On the 22 December 2011, the accused NGBWA Ndanga Chancelor was arrested flagrante delicto during an impromptu control in his residence in Djoum, in possession of hunting ammunitions without the relevant documents.

The accused NDONGO SALLA Abel was summoned before the court by the State Attorney to respond to charges of poaching. On 15 July 1989, he was arrested for poaching protected animal species in Djoum, in a zone where poaching is prohibited.

The accused, NBIMI Philippe was summoned by the State Attorney to appear before the court to respond to charges of poaching. On the 27 July 1989, the accused was arrested in Lele-Mintom, for killing protected animal species in a zone where hunting is prohibited.

On the 9 April 2020, elements of the conservation service of the Divisional Delegation of Forestry and Wildlife of the Upper-Nyong Division received reliable information about ongoing pangolin scales trafficking in the town of Dimako. A team was mobilized to arrest the suspects and dismantle the trafficking network.

On the 03 February 2011, the accused NJAFA NJAMEN Gislain was arrested in Bangangte by elements of the Regional Delegation of Forestry and Wildlife. He was arrested in possession of a live chimpanzee without a certificate of origin.

On June 25, 2015, in the Mboukou forest, the service of the eco-guards of the community reserve of Télé was on mission and surprised Mondomba Jean Pierre and Bonikaka Jean Noel in possession of a gorilla and three chimpanzees.
