The defendants were arrested in Douala on February 26, 2010 in possession of 200 African grey parrots. They were arrested when they were about to commercialize the parrots without any legal authorization. They were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.

During interrogation and before the court, he pleaded guilty and recognized committing the offence as charged.
The accused persons ABENEME Francois and NKOBO Marcel were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of BOLO by elements of the Yokadouma Wildlife Administration on an anti-poaching patrol mission around the outskirts of the Lobeke National Park.
On February 02, 2012, BASSIVA Olivier gave to his hunters MBA ESSONO Christian and MBA NGOUA Bonaventure firearms, ammunitions, his vehicle and a mission order signed by him for a hunting expedition in an area under sustainable management.
EBAM Francis used to capture parrots together with two Cameroonians named Jean KOUA and DZANA Celestin. In March 2020, DZANA gave EBAM Francis the sum of XAF 80,000 and nets for the capture of parrots. And it was during the capture with 2 (two) bait parrots that EBAM Francis was arrested.

That in the month of March 1987, she was arrested during a routine control check by elements of the gendarmerie brigade and the chief of the forestry post in Oveng.
