In December 2017, Loukahou Tsimba Josué owner of one war weapon (type PMK) contacted Elenga Asko for elephant hunting expedition. Elenga Asko then contacted Biamba Fils and both went to a village called Omadzala (situated 10km from Liouesso) with two other individuals known as Anzala and Beman for the hunting expedition.

Mba Fabrice is a Congolese living in Ouesso. In January 2016, he associated himself with one known as Alain for bing hunting with a war weapon (type PMAK) in the Moyoye village area. They killed two elephants and extracted ivory tusks. Back in Ouesso to sell the products, Alain escaped.

In December 2017 at Sembe, Zokaba Francis sent Mboka Fulgence and others in the forest for elephant hunting in the Odzala-Kokoua area. While there, the team sent by Zokaba Francis met with another team led by Poup Jude and both teams carried out the hunting together which was not successful.

In July 2017, Babase Bosco and Kano Brealy met in the forest for a big hunting expedition. While there, they killed one elephant and removed the ivory tusks. On their way back, they were organizing the sale of ivory while Etsieli Joseph was joining them to collect the war weapon and remaining ammunition.

In May 2017, Kopaye Désiré left his village Koukoua to join Ndougale Jean Noel at Tala Tala for a big hunting expedition. While there they contacted Lim Romuald to join them what the latter accepted. With a war weapon (type PMAK) they entered the forest and killed two elephants and removed the tusks that they transported at Tala Tala.

Koumou Emeka Armel, Bolendo Boussi Platini, Okouma Paulin, Motakouela Jidrick are all rangers resident at Mbomo and working at Odzala Kokoua national park. Following a mission order of October 28, 2016 they were on a 15 days’ patrol at the center-north sector of the park.

During the year 2019, rangers caught Labata Taddy red handed in illicit circulation with ivory tusks. They decided to bring him before the state prosecutor who sent him to court for trial.

Lenza Frédéric known as ”Wengue”, and three others known as ”Elephant”, ”Arabe” and ”Macaire” are Congolese DRC individuals resident in Pokola. In Novembre 2016, they consulted each other to carry out a big hunting expedition. ”Elephant” would be the hunter and the rest of the team the carriers.

During the year 2011, Ngbado Maturin and Naloko Marcel in possession of a war weapon type PMK started a big hunting expedition in the Tala Tala forest during which they killed one elephant and removed the two ivory tusks. On their way back they came across a ranger patrol and were arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.

In July 2016, Doupa Roland, Nzie-Til David Aymard, Bola Alfred and others went to the forest for big hunting at the request of Doupa Roland. While there Doupa Roland killed one elephant and together they removed the ivory tusks and sold them.
