On the 4 December 2017, elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused MUSSA HALULU in Socambo flagrante delicto with several boxes containing one hundred and ten (110) African Grey Parrots. The elements proceeded to interrogate the accused and draft his offence report.

This dispute concerns the ownership of a valuable herd of Cape Buffalo, which escaped from the Thomas Baines Nature Reserve in the Eastern Cape, a provincial nature reserve managed in the public interest by the appellant, the Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency ("the Agency").

The defendants were arrested in Douala on February 26, 2010 in possession of 200 African grey parrots. They were arrested when they were about to commercialize the parrots without any legal authorization. They were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.

Elements of the conservation service of Yokadouma organized an anti-poaching patrol mission in the peripheries of the Lobeke National Park.

In November 2017 at "Bois de Singes" neighbourhood in Douala, a truck carrying suspicious bags and driven by UPAH Macmillan on the request of ADAMU Ibrahim, was arrested by elements of the Regional Control Brigade.

The accused persons ATANGANA Roger, ONANA Lazare , TOKENDI NYAMINGONGO Francois and DANLADJI Adamou were arrested flagrante delicto in Djangui by ecoguards of the Lobeke national park during an anti-poaching mission.

The accused, ABDOUR RAHMANOU was arrested by elements of the Regional delegation of Forestry and Wildlife. He was found flagrante delicto in possession of 75 African Grey Parrots without a certificate of origin. During interrogation and before the court, he pleaded guilty and recognized committing the offence as charged.

The accused persons ABENEME Francois and NKOBO Marcel were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of BOLO by elements of the Yokadouma Wildlife Administration on an anti-poaching patrol mission around the outskirts of the Lobeke National Park.

On January 19, 2013, Bokandja Blanchard, water and forest agent, was walking in the central market in Ouesso. He caught Alongayina Jacqueline red handed trading in elephant and buffalo meat before alerting the gendarmerie. Alongayina Jacqueline later declared that the products from Pale Jeanne.

EBAM Francis used to capture parrots together with two Cameroonians named Jean KOUA and DZANA Celestin. In March 2020, DZANA gave EBAM Francis the sum of XAF 80,000 and nets for the capture of parrots. And it was during the capture with 2 (two) bait parrots that EBAM Francis was arrested.
