In October 2011, the accused Mengue Joel decided to carry out poaching in a Gabones forest. To succeed, he requested help from Ekomane Solomon, Atona Ferdinand, Kpwombo Marcel, to serve as carriers and a certain Masseba and Makelo Abel infamous Baka hunters. They gathered necessary provisions and embarked on the journey.

On the 7 December 2012, some elements of the Dja conservation service under patrol arrested the accused with 03 elephant ivories in his clothing shop located in the Djoim Central market. They immediately informed the Dja Head of Antenna service who further sent more elements to the crime scene.

In December 2011, during a special anti-poaching mission of the Forestry and Wildlife Control Post agents of Djoum, MBO NNA Epse AFANE Marion was arrested in illegal detention and commercialization of protected animal species without any legal document authorizing this activity. Upon her arrest, she confessed and admitted all the charges.

On the 2 June 2010, the military on duty at the frontiers post of MINTOM, received reliable anonymous information that some unidentified individuals were detaining a stock of ivories.

On the 22 July 2008 during a routine check, the chief of the Forestry and Wildlife Control Post of Mintom, apprehended two persons red-handed Mrs NSAH MEBA & AMVAME Brice Macaire).

On the 7 November 2015, MVOGO MBARGA Laurent Rodrigue and two others persons went in MFEM forest for hunting. While there, MVOGO MBARGA, shut what was supposed to be an animal before realizing that it was a human being ( MEDJO NTI Jean). He was immediately rushed to the hospital and fortunately he was healed.

In November 2010, the accused AGBWAME NGO Ruth in order to prepare for the end of year festivities, organized a poaching activity and the other co-offenders went to the forest to poach. During this hunt, they killed 01 elephant and a gun belonging to a certain Essono was seized.

On the 12 October 2015, during a mission of ecological monitoring in the Dja biosphere reserve, a team of ecoguards caught red-handed four persons (MVOMO Arsene Brice, OYANE MVONDO Pierre Aimé, EKOO EVINA Gédéon Delors, MBALLA MESSI Kilian) the fifth person who was not identified escaped.

On the 23 September 2009, elements of the conservation service of Dja arrested the accused flagrante delicto in illegal possession of 04 Colubus Guereza, 01 Bay duiker, 01 tortoise, 04 grey-cheeked Mangabey, 01 Moustached guenon, 01 Brushtailed pangolin, 02 Blue Duiker and blue duiker meat.

On the 27 April 2009, during a routine control at a checkpoint on the Djoum-Mintom road, the Djoum Forestry and Wildlife Control Post agents arrested NNA MINTYA Alain & NSEE Leonard flagrante delicto. They were transporting, three (3) blue Duiker, Bay Duiker parts, two (2) Black-Casqued Wattled Hornbill and two (2) monkeys.
