Okangossili Kondzi Wossi lived in Lango village in Mokeko district. Near his village, about 2km away, he set traps to catch small animals. On 22 June 2014, a gorilla was caught with one of his traps. When he went to check his traps, Okangossili Kondzi Wossi spotted the gorilla, which screamed to alert the others.
On 25 Febuary 2014, eco-guards were patrolling at Bamegod village, 33 km away from Souanke village, when they arrested Abama Samory, who was in possession of a type PMK war weapon.
During December 2005, Miki-Liyekou organized a big hunting expedition in which he associated Akandalo Etienne, Makponga Guillaume, Bamohina Alain. They used a SKS-branded war weapon to hunt elephants. It was in this context that they were caught by eco-guards who brought them to the police station.
On January 09, 2001, Niamazock Rodolphe and Meko Mathieu left Langoue village for a hunting expedition. After their arrival at the forest camp Niamazock Rodolphe shot on Meko who died.
NGOYI Donald Bebert, a resident of Secka village who worked as a primary school headmaster of that village, received information that the sale of pangolin scales brings in a lot of money; therefore, he bought the scales from the villagers at flat rates; so he also bought scales from DOBO Dominique, who told him that he knew a buyer in Ouesso.
On January 19, 2013, Bokandja Blanchard, water and forest agent, was walking in the central market in Ouesso. He caught Alongayina Jacqueline red handed trading in elephant and buffalo meat before alerting the gendarmerie. Alongayina Jacqueline later declared that the products from Pale Jeanne.
In September 2014, at Mossaka camp near the Odzala Kokoua national park, Babayoua Donatien, Mendoula Marien and Abedine Marien went to hunt elephants with a war weapon. They were localized by eco-guards and arrested.

On January 9, 2006 in Pokola, Bamoyina Alain, Miki Lieko, Mapkonga Guillaume, Akandalo Etienne and Loumou Venant were prosecuted for illegal possession of a war weapon and ammunition, and hunting at a prohibited time and in a prohibited zone.
On 20 December 2014, Bango Alexis, Dehoul Marius, Denouha Felix, Golefe Blaise, Doye Michel all from Central African Republic were carrying out small hunting at Moukala and Molombe inside the Nouabale-Ndoki national park when they were caught by ecoguards during a routine surveillance patrol.
