Abstract
In December 2011, during a special anti-poaching mission of the Forestry and Wildlife Control Post agents of Djoum, MBO NNA Epse AFANE Marion was arrested in illegal detention and commercialization of protected animal species without any legal document authorizing this activity. Upon her arrest, she confessed and admitted all the charges. After interrogations, she was forwarded to the State Attorney for prosecution. While the seized items were sold during public auction.
