Abstract
On 27 March 2019 at around 4:00pm, Ndombi Christine was apprehended by the wildlife and protected areas mobile brigade during a routine control at the Doussala road axis while she was going to Congo to buy cassava. After search, the control agents found a bag containing cartridges. During her interrogation, Ndombi declared that she was approached by a Congolese individual named Moussavou who instructed her to purchase 20 cartridges boxes at XAF 150,000 and resell them at XAF 25,000 each i.e. XAF 500,000 in total.
