Abstract
Following preliminary investigations by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused EBATTE NSONO Polycarpe was summoned to respond to charges of illegal killing of protected animal species. That on December 04 1992 in Lele, he was arrested by forces of law and order during a control check in possession of three (03) bags containing legs of smoked bushmeat without a certificate of origin. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted before the state Attorney for prosecution.
