On the 22 December 2011, the accused NGBWA Ndanga Chancelor was arrested flagrante delicto during an impromptu control in his residence in Djoum, in possession of hunting ammunitions without the relevant documents. These ammunitions included six 12-calibre REDSTAR shotgun ammunition, twenty three (23) 375H shotgun ammunitions and a pocket scale made in Germany. During interrogation, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney together with the seized items for prosecution.
