Lenza Frédéric known as ”Wengue”, and three others known as ”Elephant”, ”Arabe” and ”Macaire” are Congolese DRC individuals resident in Pokola. In Novembre 2016, they consulted each other to carry out a big hunting expedition. ”Elephant” would be the hunter and the rest of the team the carriers.

In February 2016, Libobo Divin was contacted by one known as Ghislain to carry out a big hunting expedition. Having accepted, Libobo Divin went to the forest by his sidekick who was the hunter while he himself was the carrier.

In January 2018, Ngali Saint Cyr was in possession of a rifle and ammunition. It’s in these conditions that he was arrested by an official of the Odzala national park while he was about to enter the forest.

During the year 2011, Ngbado Maturin and Naloko Marcel in possession of a war weapon type PMK started a big hunting expedition in the Tala Tala forest during which they killed one elephant and removed the two ivory tusks. On their way back they came across a ranger patrol and were arrested and brought before the state prosecutor.

In July 2016, Doupa Roland, Nzie-Til David Aymard, Bola Alfred and others went to the forest for big hunting at the request of Doupa Roland. While there Doupa Roland killed one elephant and together they removed the ivory tusks and sold them.

Nzindo Jean is a Central African individual resident in Ouesso. During January 2017, he went to the village Ignole for small hunting. During his stay in this village, he noticed the presence of elephants in the area where he was doing small hunting.

In January 2012, Elenga Bienvenu left Ollombo district to Pokola for a big hunting expedition. While there he associated himself with Sentiment Maurice, Mindzembe Albert and Bakala alias Mopao.

On January 20, 2016, Niama Pololo Elie left Ngombe to Mbirou to capture parrots. While there, he managed to capture 58 (fifty eight) parrots before been caught by rangers.

In April 2016, Touel Giscard found himself in possession of a war weapon at the village Bolozo. Folloxing information received by the police of Ngbala he was arrested and transferred to Ouesso and then brought to the state prosecutor. Touel Giscard admitted the facts (i.e.

Wiya Eric and one known as Gainze are friends who went to do hunting with traps in the forest around Miélékouka village. While Wiya Eric was at the forest camp, Gainze decided to hunt overnight and check the traps. He discovered that one leopard was trapped and killed the animal.
