In November 2010, Xianjin G. purchased a black bear under second class state protection from Lu and Hu at a price of 4,400 yuan. Later, Xianjin G. sold the black bear to Li and Song. On January 22, 2013, Xianjin G. purchased a wild goat from Pan at a price of 800 yuan. The wild goat was found and seized from Xianjin G.'s house.

From January 2017 to March 2018, Xiaolan Q. and Jicai Z. successively illegally purchased 35 pangolins from Su (sentenced) for many times, knowing that pangolins were under second class state protecion and without obtaining a franchise license.

He concealed the disguised four small pieces of rhino horn slices in the black wooden head, and placed it in the suitcase for consignment. From October 8 to October 16, 2017, Jun L. contacted Hongsen W.

On September 20, 2019, Shenggui L., Yuanmei Q and Yingjun Z. used electric fishing method to catch 500 kilograms of wild fish in the waters near the Potou Ferry in Hunan’s West Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve.

At noon on March 1, 2014, Shijiang S. drove his black Mercedes-Benz sedan to transport an ivory returning to Langfang City, Hebei Province. He was seized while passing through the Lujijie Rongwu Expressway Public Security Checkpoint of Binzhou Public Security Bureau.

The accused persons on the 4th July 2007 at about 23:00 hours in Kimande Village within rural district of Iringa were found in unlawful possession of government trophies in the form of 13 pieces of elephant tusks which weighed 68.7 kilograms in all. The accused persons pleaded not guilty.

It was alleged that on the 24th day of August 2013 at Samora area within the municipality and region of Iringa, the accused persons were found in possession of six elephant tusks and six cut pieces of elephant tusks all valued at Tshs 120,000,000/= being the property of the government without lawful permit. They were found not guilty.

The accused was found in possession of elephant meat after receiving information from an informant that the accused was in such possession. He was found not guilty.
