In December 2014, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior went to visit his brother-in-law. After a misunderstanding due to alcohol, Oyet Oloko Paul Junior assaulted his in-law and promised to kill him with a PMAK weapon possessed by Okoue Ngombe Fernand who received it from Mouapoko Adèle for poaching.

In March 2015, Mengbebe Degome Bertrand a military officer on service at 03/20 airbase of Makoua, fraudulently withheld one war weapon type PMAK while on leave and came to stay at Sembe. While there, he contacted Hamadou Abbo, a local businessman to whom he sold the weapon at XAF 200,000 (two hundred thousand).

Kardoupa Francis is a gendarmerie assistant at the Sembe territorial brigade. In 2015, he is informed that one known as pastor Beza was in possession of a war weapon type PMK.

In April 2016, the conservation and biodiversity department of the Nouabélé-Ndoki Park, in its routine missions, got hold of Mbamba Valère, who was returning from a hunt with a leopard skin in his possession. While he was looking for a client to sell the skin, he was apprehended by the eco-guards.

In December 2017, the conservation and biodiversity service of the Nouabélé Ndoki National Park received information on the slaughter of elephants. The service set out in pursuit of the suspects and proceeded to arrest them.

In January 2018, Mayombe Kokoumbou Erick was arrested in Bokanga camp in possession of two machetes.

On December 23, 2003, MBANE Theodore went to the forest with a calibre 12 weapon to practice hunting. He came across an elephant that he shot dead using a specific cartridge for this type of target. He was caught in his camp by wildlife protection agents in possession of a the weapon and three ivory tusks.

In January 2015, while they were in the forest to go about their business, they found a rotting elephant on the way. After having removed the tusks, they took a vehicle to Pokola, on their way they were arrested at Ndoki II check point by ecoguards.

Ngouanda Brice told Malo-Malo Leonard that he could earn a lot of money if he agreed to kill elephants with Ngouanda Brice's war weapon, which the latter kept carefully. Malo-Malo then asked Ngouanda to give him the weapon, which he did and Malo-Malo used the weapon to kill an elephant.

In October 2020, Mabiala Trésor, a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo without residence permit, was asked by his friend Moundande to participate in a large parrot trapping operation. Once agreed, they met at night near the Sangha River.
