During the year 2016, the police of the Sembe district decided to open an investigation following the reception of an anonymous and credible information on the presence of one war weapon in the hands of civilians.

One day in September 2016 while he has doing his delivery he came across one small abandoned by the road side he took the bag and discovered that it was containing one war weapon type PMK and 103 (one hundred and three) bullets. He hid them somewhere.

On November, 23, 2020, the anti-poaching surveillance and control unit of Mokabi Village in its traditional mission apprehended Mboudzou Mathurin and Moussouka Saturnin in possession of a baby gorilla.
In order to solve some financial difficulties, ESSOUKETE KAMBA Hermann, owner of a calibre rifle type BAIKAN and a machine gun type PMAK and together with his police counterpart AMBOULOU Bienvenu, organised a hunting party in the MOKANGA forest, IBAMBA zone, where an elephant was killed.
During 2020, the police apprehended Engabi Jonas in possession of a PMAK weapon of war and he did not have a resident card.
