During the year 2018, Abouoth Sangou Ahoudou is said to have been cited by a poacher named Selembe Rémy, sentenced to two years imprisonment to have received two ivory tusks from him. Abouoth Sangou Ahoudou has provided assistance to one known as Willy for the commission of the offence of illegal trade in ivory tusks.

In February 2019 in Ouesso, Amadou Tidiane Sall, a Senegalese, is contacted by a lady known as Fanny looking for an ivory seller. On 27th February, with the help of one known as Ibrahim living in Ouesso and knowing the ivory network, he went to the house of an ivory seller in order to see the ivory.

In December 2018, Anoumzock Michel wanted to organize a hunting expedition and contacted Andoula Jouanin and Mobih Eric and provided them with one weapon (type PMAK), one loader, 90 (ninety) ammunition and XAF 20,000 as advance payment with food ration for the forest.

On 11 March 2013, Arouna Diallo took a bus ”Océan du Nord” registered No 708 GG 4 from Ouesso to Brazzaville. At village Mokoye, he went out of the bus to collect one mattress and one fufu bag that were at the back of the bus. Immediately whne he went out of the bus he was arrested by rangers who caught him with tusks wrapped in the mattress.

In July 2017, Baligwa Alphonse a Congolese from DRC met one named as Youssouf Charly in a drinking place and agreed with him to kill elephants. Youssouf handed to Baligwa a war weapon (type PMK) and twelve ammunition loaders and Baligwa went to the forest with the help of one known as Héritier.

Balonda Armand is a guard at the MTN antenna at Moukoulougou village in the Nouabale Ndoki national park. Since 2014, he used to hear gun shots of PMAK and used to come across poachers while on service. During the year 2016, he discovered two war weapons (type PMAK) wrapped in a black fabric hidden inside grasses.

During the year 2017, Balossa Blaise was the accomplice of the legendary poacher known as Benz participating in many elephant hunting expeditions in Djaka leading to the killing of elephants with ivory weighing respectively 32 and 57 kgs and estimated at XAF 800,000 (eight hundred thousand).

Sombo Celestin and Ebete Romuald are two Congolese citizens living in Souanke. In Juillet 2017, Sombo Ceslestin went to Ebete Romuald’s house and took a hunting weapon (type caliber 12) with the autorisation of the latter to carry out a hunting expedition.

In January 2017, Eboto, a Congolese from DRC, resident in Pokola was visited by his countrymen named Benz and Djuna coming to propose him a big hunting expedition. Due to financial difficulties he accepted the offer. Armed with a war weapon and ammunition, the three people entered the forest and Eboto Willy was the carrier.

On January 05, 2018, Edenga Justin met with Arsene Adzele while he was entering the village Gol who asked him to find a buyer of ivory tusks. On January 09, Edanga Juscar went to Souanke where he met with Mr. Sarli who ordered ivory tusks and then he came back to Gol and told Adzele Arsene that he found a potential buyer.
