On the August 29 2017 the accused OBA'A ABOUTOU Celestin was arrested in Ebolowa by elements of the conservation service. He was arrested in possession of class A and B protected animal species, notably a baby chimpanzee and a bag weighing 5kg of pangolin scales.

On the 06 August 1989, the accused TSANGUE Francois was arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Oveng. He was found in possession of unmarked trophies of protected animal species without a certificate of origin. At the end of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney together with the seized items for prosecution.

On 26 September 1989, the accused ZANG ONDOUA Roger was summoned to appear before the Court to answer charges of illegal killing of protected animal species. That on the 15 June 1989 in the locality of Roungoulou, he killed protected animal species in an area prohibited from hunting.

On the 21 September 1987, the accused ZAMBO AWOUNOU was summoned to appear before the Court of First Instance Djoum to respond to charges of illegal detention of the remains and trophies of protected animals species and illegal killing or capturing of protected animal species.

On the 10 August 2016 in MENDOUM, the accused SEUMO KENGNE Mikel was brought before the court of First Instance, Djoum to answer charges of detention and circulation of a totally protected class A animal species.

The State Attorney issued a summons, served by a bailiff to the accused, SOUA Martin to appear before the court to respond to charges of poaching. That on the 23 December 1996, the accused SOUA Martin Claude was arrested in Mintom by forces of law and order while carrying out a patrol in the area.

The accused, TYA AYA Abel was summoned by the court to respond to charges of illegal detention of a hunting gun without authorization. That on the 23 October 2018, the accused violated a certain DIENEGOU Giresse stealing some valued properties.

The accused, NJOYA AHMADU was summoned by the State Attorney to appear before the court to respond to charges of illegal detention and circulation of trophies of totally protected animal species.

Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused NKOULOU Ekatak Denis was summoned to respond to charges of poaching protected animal species on January 13, 1990 in Mintom, in an area prohibited from poaching.
