On July 24 and July 26, 2014, Jianxiang L. twice transferred RMB 42,100 and 33,200 to Zhang's account. After receiving the above payment, Zhang sent an approximately 5 kg of ivory to Jianxiang L.

The defendant Jianxing L., illegally purchased 5 pieces of ivory products from elephants which were threatened and endangered wild animals, and shipped them to Sanya and handed them to the defendant Shengqi C. for sale.

Since 2012, the defendant Ma Ying has acquired 82 suspected ivory products such as ivory bracelets and Buddha beads and sold them in a store. The Yunnan Yunlin Judicial Appraisal Center has identified 12 out of 82 suspected ivory products, with a total weight of 0.21879 kg. Its value standard is RMB 9,116.3.

Around December 2012, the defendant Meijiu C., was introduced by Chen 1(sentenced), sold 2 pairs of elephant tusks and 13 ivory carvings to Xia(sentenced) for 1.16 million yuan. Afterwards, the defendant Meijiu C.
