In early October 2017, Jinming L. purchased ivory products from Mo through WeChat at a price of RMB 200,000, and Mo delivered the goods to the Jinming L. through express delivery. The above-mentioned ivory products were seized by the public security organs. After appraisal, the ivory products involved weighed 16.753 kg, valued at RMB 698047.25.
Meiyun L. illegally purchased and sold endangered wildlife products such as ivory, rhino horns, and helmet hornbill products, whose total value was 231,500 yuan. Since August 2013, Zhenhua Z.
On December 2, 2013, Min G., Zhiqiang X. and Linzheng G. sold a rhino horn product to Meiyang L.. After identification, the rhino horn had a net weight of 4.942 kg and a value of RMB 1.231 million. On December 17, 2018, the Xianyou County Public Security Bureau seized 16 suspected ivory beads at Min G.'s rental house.
From December 2016 to September 2017, Sha W. contacted Li, and purchased 7 wildlife products including 3 piece of ivory products (a total of 114.49 grams and a value of RMB 4,770.45 yuan) from Li. Five of them were sold in the Wenjia booth at the "Jiaomen Jade Stone" in Zhangjiakou operated by Yaru L.
In August 2015, Guoxiang D. used mobile phone to contact Zhang via WeChat, purchased 5 ivory cards from him for sale, and Zhang sent 5 ivory cards to the place where Guoxiang D. operated through SF Express. In July 2016, the Forest Branch of Yinchuan Public Security Bureau seized 5 ivory cards from Guoxiang D..
