On the 19 September 2012, the accused MONGOSSO Marcel with a certain AZIZA SINGUE Willy were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Djembe by ecoguards of the Lobeke national park.
On the 14 October 2010, the accused persons MPENGUE Celestine, MEFOUTA Richard and DOUMBE Apollinaire were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Faro-west (Cynegetic Hunting Zone (ZIC) 30 by elements of the divisional delegation of forestry and wildlife for Boumba and Ngoko.
On the 12 December 2011, the accused persons MUHAMADU SANI BELLO, SULE NJEBA, GHOSHYI PIUS YONDO and CHIN BASILE LEMGHA were arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Banana in the Mambele-Moloundou sector during a raid carried out by elements of the Lobéké National Park.
Following the order of the examining magistrate on the 27 June 2016 and at the request of the State Attorney, the accused persons MVONDO Jean, KPWOMBO Marcel, AKONO KEA, TASSI Jean Paul, FOUMANE NAOMIE Rose, NLEME YEME NNA Marie, DOUMVE Dina and BEZENGUE Bienvenu were summoned before the court of First Instance, Djoum to answer charges of illega
On March, 28, 2018, the anti-poaching surveillance and control unit in its traditional mission apprehended Ozengue Mbindo and Dikoteke Alain in possession of weapon of war and war ammunitions.
On December 23, 2018, Ozembe Patrick Jutraque, together with his friends Eric and Werra, surreptitiously entered the Lefini reserve, not far from the village of Mpoh, armed with firearms.
As part of their monitoring mission in Nouabélé Ndoki Park and to combat poaching, the eco-guards surprised the group led by Abdoul Amine with hunting rifles at the edge of the park on 17 December 2010.
On December 27, 2013, Aleka Michel and Sombo Bienvenu decided to organize a hunting expedition during the closure period. While they were at the camp preparing to go back to the village, they were surprised by the eco-guards.
On 4 February 2019 during its traditional anti-poaching operations, the Nouabélé Ndoki National Park patrol caught Moupoto Alexis, Dzongo Urbain and Badimba Destin. They were in possession of two weapons of war and ammunition and had come from a hunt in which they had killed an elephant.
During June 2015, Badolo, Abiayi and Mika all living in Pokola formed a team to go into the forest to practice big game hunting with a war weapon. On June 15, 2015 they all left Pokola to the forest. At Djaka village, they spent the night to continue the following day very early the morning.
