In the month of July 2013, the accused Godom Dieudionné approached Samuel Oulede, a military officer to give his war arm and ammunitions to the accused Mohamadou Mortala that he did. Once Mohamadou was in possession of the said arms, he gave them to Bintsoe Alfred to hunt elephants and deliver the ivories to Samuel Oulede.

On the 11 March 2017, the East regional delegation of Forestry and Wildlife were contacted by the service of Customs about the seizure of 177 elephant tusks. They accused persons were arrested while waiting for IBRAHIM AOUDOU a custom officer who had to give them safe passage.

In 2016, the accused persons, OLINGA BAKBOKE and TCHABO MBAKOP were arrested by elements of the conservation service with trophies of totally protected animal species (Gorillas and Chimpanzees). They were prosecuted before the Court of First Instance, Abong Mbang.

On the 4 December 2016, the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park and the gendarmerie of Moloundou organized an anti-poaching patrol. During the patrol, the accused, persons NGUOINGUE Marcel and OUME Jean were arrested, with a hunting gun and ammunitions, 04 smoked Blue duikers, 6 bush pig legs and 4 fully smoked Mantled Guerezas.

In February 2014, elements of the conservation service of the National Park of Lobeke received reliable information about the presence of some poachers in the said park. Following this, on the 19 February, the elements organized a surveillance and control patrol in the peripheral area of the park (ZIC 31).

On the 16 April 2013, elements of the conservation service of the Boumba Bek National Park arrested the accused in the hunting zone of Libongo, of the Boumba Bek National Park in possession of freshly butchered totally protected animal species. This includes Chimpanzees, Gorillas and a deer.

On the 23 December 2016, the accused, SALO, and MBALLA Abrahim were arrested elements of the forestry and wildlife control post, Libongo-Salpoumbe received reliable information about an illegal ongoing trafficking.

On the 24 January 2018, elements of the conservation service arrested the accused persons NGEN Etienne, BEKA BEKA and DAMA David in a community-hunting zone in possession of a hunting gun after killing a baby elephant. They extracted the ivories and delivered it to a certain Yaoba, currently under chase.

On the 2 September 2013, the elements of the conservation service of the national Park of Boumba Bek arrested the accused NGOUALONG KUETE Ebenezer Felicien, in Zoulabot Ancien, within the peripheral zone of the park with two extracted ivories from a freshly butchered baby elephant.

On the 16 June 2016, during a usual wildlife control check, the elements of the conservation service of the Boumba Bek National Park arrested the accused in his vehicle carrying 4 elephant ivories weighing less than a kilogram. The elements searched his car thoroughly and found the ivories well hidden.
