In January 2017, after having killed an elephant with a war weapon, Ebam Arly Garcia, Okoumoungueke Dzanaboni, Ekondza Ngolo Jean decided to meet in Ouesso in a hotel with one known as Jean Claude in possession of elephant trophies without administrative authorization.

In August 2018,Mboko Lambert and his uncle decided to leave their camp at Miala to go to the hospital in Ouesso with his sick cousin. While there, Mboko Lambert contacted two named as Andre Henri and Gaston who proposed him an elephant hunting expedition.

In August 2017, Mbondo Benjamin organized an elephant hunting expedition with Mobanzo Adrien, Balossa Blaise in Mbanza forest at village Loudoungou after which they collected 75 kg of ivory tusks. He sold 14 kgs to ali at XAF 1,260,000 (one million two hundred and sixty thousand) on 24th August.

In July 2018, Mobemba Jérémie asked Balouki Justin, Melamassia Raphael and one known as Trésor to accompnay him in the forest around Liouesso for a small hunting expedition. While there, the latter discovered with surprise that Mobemba was prepared for a big hunting expedition when he removed a war weapon (type PMK) from his bag.

In December 2016, Mekozi Florent, Congolese, resident in Sembe planned to organize a big hunting expedition. He contacted Baba Jean a local hunter and gave him a war weapon (type PMAK), two loaders to kill elephants. Baba accepted and associated himself with his son Simbo Thomas as the carrier.

In July 2019, in a bar Mobonda Saint Docker is approached by one known as Alain who offered to sell him war ammunition meaning PMK loaders. Mobonda first hesitated then finally accepted the day after and purchased three PMK loaders at XAF 30,000 (thirty thousand).

In December 2016, Lessia Punda Tudi and Ngai Mathurin resident in Ouesso at Mindongo area decided to organize an operation to capture parrots in the Nouabale Ndoki national park, an area forbidden for hunting. During ranger patrols they were arrested and brought to the state prosecutor and then sent to court for trial.

In January 2017, Logo Ebouab Félicien and Christian went to the forest with a PMK weapon and loaders to kill elephants. Logo Ebouab first killed five elephants that he handed to Christian Brel for keeping.

In December 2017, Loukahou Tsimba Josué owner of one war weapon (type PMK) contacted Elenga Asko for elephant hunting expedition. Elenga Asko then contacted Biamba Fils and both went to a village called Omadzala (situated 10km from Liouesso) with two other individuals known as Anzala and Beman for the hunting expedition.

Between August and October, Makenza Alain together with two other people and in possession of one war weapon and ammunition and other supplies was about to enter the forest an the entrance of the village Attention for big hunting. Unfortunately for him, he was arrested by rangers and brought before the state prosecutor.
