In 2020, Ebougou Itoua Claver was arrested by eco-guards in the Ikonda area, in possession of a skin and scales of a giant pangolin of which he claimed to have bought them from hunters.

In June 2014, the eco-Guard service patrol mission of the Nouabele Ndoki Park, caught Elanga Richard in possession of a PMAK type war weapon with a charger and the trophies of an elephant at the camp.

On 4th October 2014, a joint Congolese-Cameroonian ranger team arrested the said Eboab Logo during a patrol in Moloundou. Eboab Logo was in possession of a PMK type war weapon. He was handed over to the Ngbala police station where he was taken into custody.

In June 2013, EYOSSE Guy et NGATSE Gervais went to NDOKI to carry out a big hunting expedition. While there and armed with a PMAK-type war weapon and 15 bullets, the aforementioned subjects went to the forest and shot an elephant.

In March 2011, Eyaka Fernand and Engossa Simplice killed a gorilla, a fully protected species.

On October 18, 2015, Mokabi Dzanga's surveillance and anti-poaching unit in their routine missions, apprehended Bomaye Stanislas in the middle of the forest in possession of metal cables and the body of a dead dove.

In 2006, MALANDA MASENGO Aristide, owner of a defective calibre 308 hunting weapon, presented its weapon to BOME Leopold, a former eco-guard and repairer of hunting weapon and asked him to repair the weapon. On the same occasion, he gave BOME Leopold four pieces of ammunition in order to use it to check the repair was perfect.

In September 2011, Bekpe Paterne Fiacre was caught in red handed of hunting in a the Nouabélé-Ndoki National Park.

In July 2014, Beyino Michael and Ndombia Roger took part in elephant hunting with war weapons inside a protected area. Once informed, park rangers (eco-guards) opened an investigation that led to the arrest and interrogation of the suspects during which they admitted to have participated in elephant hunting with war weapons.

In January 2020 at Bomassa, MOLOUKA Kennedy, EKPONGO NGAND Denis and BAEKI Faustin were caught red-handed by the eco-guards while they were smoking the meat of an elephant they had just killed. When questioned, they admitted to having helped and assisted the one named as IKANGA Fernand, who had killed the elephant.
