From late February to April 12, 2018, the defendant Qingtao Z. unauthorizedly hunted 7 golden pheasants by laying traps in the Xiaosigou mountain forest behind his houser, and one of them died after hunting. He raised 6 live golden pheasants in the shed built behind the house, and used the online platform to sell for profit.
During November 2015, Liu Guangyou hunted two suspected golden-bellied pheasants in the grounds of Huidong County in the following hunting methods. After identification, the two prey are indeed golden-bellied golden pheasants, belonging to the national second-level key protected animals.
On December 4, 2018, the defendant Ping L. invited the defendants Guiping C., Shaokun Y. and Yunhong L. (handled separately) to hunt wildlife. At about 20 o'clock on the same day, Ping L. drove the other three to the mountain forest in Chuyang Town, Wushan County, Chongqing City.
From April 2018 to April 2019, the defendant Hongming S. went to the mountain on the east side of the big slope behind the back of Luxi County four times, using a buckle (rope) to set traps and a small record player (recorder) to lure pheasants. In this way, four pheasants were illegally hunted by him.
During the period from November 2 to November 12, 2014, the defendants Hongwei C., Lidong S. and Tiezhuang L. have successively been at the 8 km of the 1-0 main line, 13 km of the 1-5 line and 13 km of the 1-2 line of the Amur Forestry Bureau, catching 11 rabbits (Mountain hare (Lepus timidus)), which were seized by public security organs.
From late November to December 22, 2015, the defendants Hu and Chen used the supercharger, battery, wire and other hunting tools to have five attempts in different villages in Quanjiao County, hunting and killing wildlife. A total of 1 Heji and 1 wild boar were hunted and killed.
