On the 19 November 2018 on the LIBONGO-MBOY highway, military elements in charge of protecting the protected areas N° 29 and 30 arrested the accused persons PALE SENATE Tresor and SONGOSAI Thierry. They were found in possession of a hunting gun and four 12-caliber ammunitions within a protected area zone.

On the 08 February 2019 in the locality of LIBONGO, the anti-poaching brigade arrested the accused RABI INDE Navelle in possession of 164 Caliber-12 ammunitions. She was about to sell these ammunitions to certain poachers in the said locality. During interrogations, she stated who supplied these ammunitions for her to sell.

Military elements of the 15 Batallion of the Motorized Infantry Brigade in charge of protecting the Cynegetic hunting zone N°29, arrested the accused persons WOENDA Ferdinand and BILAN Eric along the Mboy-II Libongo highway.

BOFE Gabriel was arrested by agents of the forestry and wildlife control post in the locality of Koumela in the Salapoumbé Subdivision. He was found in possession of a hunting gun particularly a caliber 12 hunting gun in a prohibited hunting zone. During interrogations, he denied committing the offence as charged and pleaded not guilty.

On the 19 October 2018, during a patrol in the locality of MOLOUNDOU, the accused was found in illegal possession of a locally made gun in a place open to the public and under conditions likely to disturb the peace or to intimidate others. The accused explained that he made this weapon for his defense.

The accused persons ANKEU TANGO Jean Paul and LANG LEGO Stephane were arrested flagrante delicto in Yokadouma. ANKEU TANGO Jean Paul was caught red handed immediately after killing an elephant with the use of a firearm without any legal authorization. The co-offender LANG LEGO Stephane who detained the elephant ivories was also arrested.

The accused Assoue NDOMA was arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Libongo by eco-guards of the Lobeke National Park. He was caught in possession of a locally fabricated firearm of calibre 12 and cartridges.

The accused persons ATANGANA Roger, ONANA Lazare , TOKENDI NYAMINGONGO Francois and DANLADJI Adamou were arrested flagrante delicto in Djangui by ecoguards of the Lobeke national park during an anti-poaching mission.

The accused persons BILANG Simon and EVONG Rene were arrested flagrante delicto in the Cynegetic Hunting Zone (Zic N°38 UFA10004) by ecoguards of the Boumba Bek national park. They were arrested in an area prohibited from hunting in possession of a caliber 12 gun, seventeen (17) ammunitions and three (03) cable rolls.

The accused, ABDOUR RAHMANOU was arrested by elements of the Regional delegation of Forestry and Wildlife. He was found flagrante delicto in possession of 75 African Grey Parrots without a certificate of origin. During interrogation and before the court, he pleaded guilty and recognized committing the offence as charged.
