Xuejun Z., Mugen W., Xuejun Z., Xinhua H., Genmu X.,illegally hunted, purchased and sold endangered wildlife yellow-margined box turtle, which was under Appendix II of CITES. Genmu X., Cheng L., Xichan D., Jianjun F., Xinhua H., Qiufa W.,Yunxin D., Xuejun Z., illegally hunted wild birds with tools prohibited by law during closed season.

Ke C.'s father left a gun after his death. Later, Ke C. purchased a sight to modify the gun and purchased 300 bullets for hunting. From mid-December 2016 to January 5, 2017, Ke C. drove with gun into the Dahuangshan Nature Reserve several times, hunted three rock sheep, and slaughtered them with the knife he carried.

On December 22, 2017, the defendant Lianshe T. found that the wheat seedlings had signs of being eaten by animals in the wheat field. From January 15 to 17, 2015, the defendant Wu Dinghui used the method of pulling nets in the woods before playing music to attract birds, and illegally hunted 8 scops owls in Nanshan Village, Yuqian Town, Lin'an City.

On April 8, 2018, the defendants Dong J. and Juan L. drove Yuwanzhou Yufu No. 80040 fishing boat from the waters of Nanmenkou in Wanzhou District of the Yangtze River to Xutuo Waters of Wanzhou District of the Yangtze River, and placed four three-layer meshes with a size of 12 cm gill net.

In mid-November 2015, Gamacida and Pingcuonanjia lived in temporary shelters for grazing. During the period, due to multiple incidents of missing and bitten sheep, Gamacida proposed to Pingcuonanjia to place iron clips for hunting wildlife to prevent them from infringing on the flock.

From October 2010 to December 2011, the defendant Gensheng W. illegally hunted and killed nine wild animals by using wire ropes and other tools in the area of Huoshaoliang (place name) in Yenigou, Quwa Township, Zhouqu County. It was also found that between October 2010 and December 2011, Gensheng W. hunted down three blue sheep.

The defendant, Genyuan L., grabbed a white swan on the ice on the Aksu River in the southeast of the residence in late February 2019. He returned to the residence and used a kitchen knife to slaughter and remove the internal organs, preparing for consumption. He stored swan feathers at home for sale.
