Nakado Benjamin and Doupa Roland are Congolese individuals resident in Ouesso. In November 2017, Nacel Hermane received one known as Ndinga Rock a military officer in service at the para-commando unit in Brazzavile. With two war weapons type PMAK and four full loaders, Ndinga asked Nacel to mobilize hunters for the killing of elephants.

On September 18, 2017, Ndzila Rochmard and Ebah Jeoffré Machel two Congolese were caught red handed in possession of one war weapon, an empty loader, 90 (ninety) war ammunition, two ivory tusks, three elephant meat pieces, four pieces of Gabon viper, one axe, one saw at the PK17 check point.

In August 2016, Benga Roger was contacted by Essala Ghislain sent by Abbo Hamadou for a big hunting expedition. Benga and Essala went to collect the weapon that Abbo Hamadou hired for this purpose from one known as Kourou. Then Benga Roger went to the forest without Essala Ghislain but with Golom Lucien as carrier.

On May 13, 2015, while on patrol rangers discovered one elephant carcass in the Kabo area. After investigations, Beukou Leonard is arrested in possession of one war weapon type PMK. Brought before the state prosecutor, he was charged of killing of a totally protected animal and illegal possession of one war weapon and ammunition.

In September 2011, Beukou Léonard after having acquired a war weapon organized himself with Nalinzeba Mars and Mawosso Maurice a big hunting expedition. After eleven days they shot but killed an elephant because of lack of ammunition. Still in the forest, they discovered one elephant carcass and removed the ivory tusks.

On June 17, 2011, a ranger patrol caught Blanze Ludovic and Botende Gnaka Gustave red handed in possession of a war weapon, ivory tusks, pieces of meat from an elephant that they have killed. They were brought before the state prosecutor who charged them of killing a totally protected animal and illegal possession of a war weapon.

Boyoma Pierre is a Congolese individual living at the village Attention in the Sangha division. In October 2016, Menogam Daniel provided him with one war weapon and ammunition, and local arrows to kill elephants.

In June 2016, Doupa Roland, Dame René, Ewassepo-Vaniche and Mogno Amidou are all resident at Sembe. Doupa Roland and Ewassepo-Vaniche decided to organized a big hunting expedition with Doupa Roland – a hunter who has hidden his war weapon, type PMK- as team lead.

On July 29, 2016, Yaya Mboubouti Venia Steve left Matoto to Pokola. On his way, he was suddenly stopped by two local indigenous people who proposed him to buy ivory tusks. Interested, he bought four tusks at XAF 125,000 over the XAF 200,000 that was fixed by the sellers.

In October 2015, Zokaba Francis, Doumodoumo Rudaure Hassan and others met at Mopoko to talk about a big hunting expedition. They then gave one war weapon (type PMK) to Zokaba Francis. They went to the forest from Mopoko to Ngbala where after several days of hunting they killed one elephant.
