MEDOU Paul Alex was arrested in Campo Ma'an National Park in possession of a bay duiker and a porcupine that he killed in the park during a hunting party.

On November 04, 2015 Bissaluban Rodrigue with his friend Souleymane Daouda entered Lobeke national park for a hunting expedition with a hunting gun type BAIKAC during which the killed many duikers and one Colobus guereza.

Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused BODO Ramy Gallus was summoned to respond to charges of illegal killing of protected animal species.

Elements of the conservation service of the Dja Biosphere Reserve organized an anti-poaching patrol mission in the reserve. The accused, Mbo Francis was arrested in illegal possession of thirteen (13) Bay duikers, a locally manufactured gun and ammunitions in a zone prohibited from hunting.

On 19 October 2018, the Mokabi Anti-Poaching and Surveillance Unit, during its traditional surveillance operations, surprised a group of Central African individuals in the middle of the forest. The accused, NJOYA AHMADU was summoned by the State Attorney to appear before the court to respond to charges of illegal detention and circulation of trophies of totally protected animal species.

The accused person on the 30th day of September 2021 was found unlawfully in Rwenzori National Park by UWA rangers! He had also hunted down 6 tree hyraxes and one Rwenzori red duiker which are protected species. He was arrested and taken to Kasese police station and charged accordingly.
