The appellant pleaded guilty to dealing with goods with intent to evade the prohibition or restriction on their exportation, contrary to the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.The appellant was involved in carrying eggs of peregrine falcons with intent to evade the prohibition on their exportation.
Since October 2012, Xiao Wenwu has deposited the owl he acquired in an unlicensed bungalow in the Yanghe Village Farm, Guangzhou, which he leased from Gao, and hired Gao ’s worker Liao Congyun Help him feed and feed the owl part-time, and hire the same person Huang Jie to help him deliver the owl.

On the 18 December 2013, elements of the conservation service of the Campo’o Ma’an National Park organized an anti-poaching patrol mission in the said park and arrested the accused in possession of 02 smoked Blue duikers, 01 fresh Putty nosed monkey, 01 fresh brush tailed porcupine, 01 Mongoose, 01 hunting gun, 34 ammunitions and a torch.
The accused METSEL Hyppolyte was arrested in the locality of Bonando, in a prohibited hunting zone by elements of the conservation service. He was found with 03 Tortoises, 04 smoked Zambian rats and smoked Porcupines. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty.
Elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park arrested NKAN ZADI Paul in the said park in possession of four (4) Bay duikers, a porcupine, 50 steel cables and a machete.
MEDOU Paul Alex was arrested in Campo Ma'an National Park in possession of a bay duiker and a porcupine that he killed in the park during a hunting party.
