Since 2017, Chengjian Z. and Bin W. had purchased ivory products online. In 2019, Chengjian Z. funded Bin W. to buy two ivory from the Internet. Later, Chengjian Z. wanted to sell the ivory, and Bin W. helped contact the buyer.
From April to July 2018, Danyan J., Guohua W. and Jinxia S. drove several times to Shaowu and Wuyi Mountain to hunt birds. Among them, Danyan J. and Guohua W. were responsible for shooting birds, and Jinxia S. was responsible for driving and selling birds at a price ranging from 15 yuan to 50 yuan to many restaurants and individuals.
From May to July 2018, Dingbiao X. illegally purchased wild heron birds at a price ranging from 40 yuan to 50 yuan from Sun (sentenced) and others, and the birds were used in restaurants to process into dishes for customers. Dingbiao X. paid 4160 yuan for the purchase of wild birds (dead bodies) to Sun through Wechat transfer seven times.
One noon in 2007, villagers of Taoziqing, Mengla Township, Mengla County found that elephants were eating rice in the fields, and they negotiated to drive them away. Later the defendant Wenxin W. took the defendant Xiaozhong L.'s firearms to the forest in the south of Taoziqing village and hunted the elephant with a gun.
At the beginning of May 2017, the defendant Yongwen Y. dug a pit in the ground and hunted 2 pheasants and feed them in the house. Yongwen Y. and his wife Rongmei Y. (not prosecuting) sold the two pheasants to Zhonghui Z. for 200 yuan. On May 18, 2017, Yongwen Y.
On July 14, 2014, Xiaotian Y. and Yajun W. illegally hunted 12 Eurasian Hobbies in a forest in Tulou Village, Gaozhuang Township, Hui County. On July 27, 2014, Xiaotian Y. and Yajun W. illegally hunted 2 Eurasian Hobbies and 2 Faconidae birds in the same forest. On July 18, 2014, Xiaotian Y., Yajun W.
In mid-December 2016, the defendant Xinping N. found a nest of eagles at the "Zhongkeng" at the border of Shiyatan Village, Shishi Town, Yifeng County and Shanggao County, and purchased the bird catching tool and set it up in "Zhongkeng" for hunting. From December 21 to 22, 2016, Xinping N.
On the afternoon of May 21, 2018, Yue M. approached the Luotian Reservoir in Fumian District, Yulin City, and used a bamboo pole to pull out a nest of hawk birds from a pine tree and took it home. On the 22nd of the same month, Yue M. sold a baby bird to Tugui L. for RMB 600. On the 24th of the same month, Yue M.
In February 2017, Fang Yuquan used a gun to kill a wild boar in the Baiyang Nature Reserve in Songpan County. In March, Fang Yuquan was invited to bring a gunpowder gun and Ren Tingchun and Zhao Yichong brought 9 hunting dogs to hunt down the wild animal "Rock Sheep". Afterwards, the three men "rock sheep" 5 more.
At 12 o'clock on June 1, 2016, Feng drove Yuyang F. and Xiaobin H. to the Yaoyu Village in the silver van for work. Xiaobin H. saw a big white bird land on the pole in the river, and called on Yuyang F. to hit with a slingshot.
