Engouendza Adrien is a Congolese individual resident at Mokouangonda. During the year 2017, a big hunting expedition was carried out in the village and elephants were killed with a PMAK weapon. During investigations, rangers caught and arrested Engouendza Adrien in possession of the said PMAK that was hidden behind his house.

Gbanda Franck is a truck driver at CIB company. On April 28, 2011 he was phoned by Ossa Célistin known as ”Celio” who asked him to transport ivory tusks to the Loundougou village area.

In April 2017, Ikonga Ndoko Trancis and one known as Jean entered the forest around Ngombe with a hunting gun and one war weapon and ammunition. They were caught by rangers and Ikonga Ndoko Trancis was arrested while Jean ran away. Ikonga Ndoko Trancis was then brought before the state prosecutor.

Ingoya Jean Bosco, Akondzo Ebba, Ngouabi Gabin, Awone Tuta are resident at Pokola. In July 2017, Ingoya Jean Bosco and Awone Tuta were contacted by one known as Potin to carry out big hunting expedition. They accepted and went to the forest in Ndoki 2 area where they killed one elephant.

In July 2016, Itango Bernard was staying at Mambili village. He decided to carry out a small hunting expedition with a hunting rifle at Atama Farm but found himself with a war weapon and ammunition that he was keeping hidden in the forest. It’s in these conditions that he was arrested by rangers and brought before the state prosecutor.

Karr Vincent purchased one hunting weapon during the year 2016 to an unidentified individual who was in financial difficulties with the objective to do poaching. Two years later he was caught by the coordinator of the Tala-Tala anti-poaching and surveillance unit when we wanted to dispose of the weapon.

In June 2017, one known as Pounga contacted Kamalone Victor and another person for a hunting expedition. While in the forest and precisely inside the Odzala Kokoua national park they killed a bush pig and monkeys and Pounga went back to the village for sale.

In January 2015, Mongwa Kpeku alias Ibrahim was asked by his brother-in-law Mbamba, who lives in Thanry village, to take a PMK type war weapon for big game hunting. He complied with his brother-in-law's request and went to hide the weapon in the forest along with other materials.

On 21 November 2010, the accused went on a big hunting trip to Mobemba forest, armed with a 12-gauge Simplex type rifle and a 458 rifle belonging to residents of their village. After walking two kilometres in this forest, they killed an elephant, which they slaughtered and smoked on the spot.

On August, 03, 2019, the anti-poaching surveillance and control unit of Mokabi Dzanga in its traditional mission apprehended Ndopola Gervais and Djouma Lago Patient with a gorilla in a bag and others things used to practice hunting.
