On the 15 May 2014, elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused Akouya Freddy in the locality of Nguilili, arrested the accused in possession of two elephant ivories. The accused admitted ownership of the said ivories and confessed.

On the 3 July 2016, elements of the Forestry and Wildlife control post of Ngatto carried a wildlife control mission. The accused was intercepted and they proceeded to search his bags. They discovered 6 pieces of smoked Gorilla meat, 2 Peter Duikers side meat, 01 smoked Blue Duiker, and 19 feathers of African Grey Parrots.

On the 21 November 2012, the accused, Mendomo Cecile gave ammunitions to the co-offender Mbane Simon to poach elephants. He killed an elephant and stripped off its ivory tusks. On returning home, he was arrested by elements of the Wildlife and Forestry control post of Mintom, while looking to sell the ivories and discard the gun.

In June 2019, an elephant was reported killed in the North of the Dja Biosphere reserve in a village called Doumo-Pierre. Following this, the elements of the Divisional Delegation of Forestry and Wildlife Haut Nyong, arrested the accused Mebihi Daniel, an infamous poacher specialized in Elephant and Great apes poaching.

The accused, Feussi Andre was arrested for the illegal killing of totally protected species (Giant pangolins). On this ground, he was prosecuted before the Court of First Instance Abong Mbang.

In 2014, the accused persons EKEL EKOAKAN Placide Magloire and METSINDE Rodrigue Terache both court registrars of the Court of First Yokadouma, broke into the office of the Registrar-in-Chief and collected three (3) elephant ivories which had been seized and kept in the registry as exhibits.

On the 13 May 2012 elements of the conservation service of Campo’o Ma’an National park organized a control mission in the village of Niété 5. Upon arriving the Forest Management Unit, the accused persons took to their heels abandoning 17 ammunitions, a gas pipe, a torch light, 15 Blue Duikers, 02 Bay Duikers, and 8 Gambia Rats.

On the 4 December 2017, elements of the conservation service of the Lobeke National Park arrested the accused MUSSA HALULU in Socambo flagrante delicto with several boxes containing one hundred and ten (110) African Grey Parrots. The elements proceeded to interrogate the accused and draft his offence report.

In January 2016, the conservation service of the Boumba Bek National Park arrested the accused Ndongo Basile and Yelima Gaston for poaching two (2) elephants in the said park and extracted their ivories. The co-offender Alea Florent furnished them with the weapon, a hunting gun needed to poach the elephants.

In 2017, elements of the conservation service of the Nki National park arrested some unidentified individuals in the said park for killing elephants. The other co-offenders escaped successfully with the loot leaving the accused.
