Ke Y. was responsible for the maintenance of the online stores and conducting transaction negotiations with Japanese customers.
Ke C.'s father left a gun after his death. Later, Ke C. purchased a sight to modify the gun and purchased 300 bullets for hunting. On April 8, 2018, the defendants Dong J. and Juan L. drove Yuwanzhou Yufu No. 80040 fishing boat from the waters of Nanmenkou in Wanzhou District of the Yangtze River to Xutuo Waters of Wanzhou District of the Yangtze River, and placed four three-layer meshes with a size of 12 cm gill net.
In mid-November 2015, Gamacida and Pingcuonanjia lived in temporary shelters for grazing. During the period, due to multiple incidents of missing and bitten sheep, Gamacida proposed to Pingcuonanjia to place iron clips for hunting wildlife to prevent them from infringing on the flock.
From October 2010 to December 2011, the defendant Gensheng W. illegally hunted and killed nine wild animals by using wire ropes and other tools in the area of Huoshaoliang (place name) in Yenigou, Quwa Township, Zhouqu County. It was also found that between October 2010 and December 2011, Gensheng W. hunted down three blue sheep.
