In November 2013, Nkeudom Dieudonné received in his camp located in the Cameroon territory Mempino Oscar, Ndaboth Armand and Medoung Chanel for elephant hunting. Nkeudom Dieudonné was in possession of a war weapon type PMK while the others were having ammunition.

On September 08, 2011, Yombotoua Victor killed one elephant at Liouesso village with a caliber 12 weapon. He then removed the tusks that we hid inside water. On his way to sell the tusks at Makoua he was caught and arrested by forces of law and order.

On May 1, 2012, one informant who required anonymity informed the services of the police district of Sembe that Zoniaba Marius, Akongo Aristide, Kananga-Bola Alfred and Malou-Malou Faustin killed an elephant at the high Sembe forest with a PMAK war weapon.

In January 2015, Zokaba Francis, Mboka Fulgence and others decided to carry big hunting using a war weapon type PMAK. On their way they came across one elephant, a totally protected specie, killed the animal and removed his teeth.

In August 2016, Bakonga Divin, Bamemba Hilaire and Kouando Elie were contacted by one known as Arron Mutoma working for a military officer named Nianga Itoua in service in Ouesso, the real sponsor of the criminal syndicate.

In April 2018, during a search at the Ouesso seaport the police agents have discovered in the backpack of Bale Olive four ivory tusks pieces and two small full ivory tusks. During her interrogation, she declared that she was not aware of the ivory tusks that belonged to her boyfriend Mohamed who is resident in Pokola.

Biel Rivelent and Oniangue Léon were arrested by rangers for hunting with a war weapon in December 2018. They were brought before the state prosecutor and sent to court for trial.

On July 14, 2018 on their return from a big hunting expedition, Bokibaya Destin and his three mates known as Alain, Jules and Sebastien, all fugitives, were caught by rangers in the Bomassa area with two ivory tusks cut in six pieces and three war weapons type PMAK. The latter used their weapons against rangers in an attempt to escape.

In February 2017, Bossoto Césarine was visited by one known as Dior who is the son of her elder sister living at Mobako camp, who came to deposit a bag at around 8:00 pm that she didn’t know the content.

On May 11, 2014 a joint patrol funded by WWF and organized by the gendarmerie of Sembe. The patrol team went to Lopo village where the inhabitants informed them that Debe Ludovic was in possession of a PMK war weapon that he used to carry big hunting at the border area between Congo and Gabon.
